fix(install): verify binaries and support Linux musl

Summary

This PR consolidates the installer and Linux musl fixes (D1–D5) for the 1.4.2 release.

• D1: Stage the downloaded binary in the install directory and run --version before replacing an existing installation. A failed candidate leaves the previous binary and install marker intact.
• D2: Build and publish Linux x64 and arm64 musl binaries alongside the five existing release assets. Release checksums include all seven binaries.
• D3: Have install.sh select the musl asset on musl Linux, allow a CHARGEBEE_CLI_LIBC=musl|glibc override, and explain how to install missing Alpine runtime libraries.
• D4: Bake the Linux libc choice into compiled binaries so chargebee update downloads the matching asset.
• D5: Document Alpine's libstdc++ and libgcc requirement in the README.

Verification

• bun run typecheck
• bun run test:source (1353 passed, 0 failed on the combined branch)
• Built both musl targets with Bun 1.4.2.
• Installed the arm64 musl binary in a native Alpine 3.20 container; scripts/install-smoke-assert.sh passed.
• CI passed on the rebased branch, including x64 Alpine smoke, both musl builds, code generation, source tests, native CLI tests, and npm bundle tests.

This PR is stacked on #13. PR #16 is folded into this PR so the installer and musl changes can receive one review. No package version is changed manually.
