Adds code to subscribe to updates to the form file name without needing interaction first
When importing a form file the name doesn't get saved (based on the title) for the initial save.
In other cases it may appear that the File name has a value but it actually doesn't as the code falls back to using the title.
We need to handle scenarios where we're working with an imported file and or the user hasn't manually edited the file name.
