* Translation for applicant pages There are many missing strings in fr.json, so I've just done the applicant pages we'll need on Friday. * Puts language strings into njk files consent.njk and medical-professional.njk weren't referencing the json files for content.
This mostly updates the FR json file, but also updates some of the EN that was a bit out of date. Plus lots of errors messages. I also took out the `conditionLast` question from the condition form, we took that out of the flow a while ago.
