Provides

• configuration and theming for Starship
• activate-java function that lists and activates installed Java runtimes
• activate-conda function that activates installed Conda runtimes
• md5 function for equality comparison between two files' MD5
• reset-env function for reloading env variables dynamically (not suitable for all use cases)
