ProCESS

ProCESS stands for Programmable Cancer Evolution Spatial Simulator. It is an R wrapper for CLONES, a C++ Library fOr Neoplastic Evolution Simulations, and provides additional plotting functions.

Help and support

Installation

In order to install the development version of ProCESS, you need:

• R and Rtools

• the R package pak

• git

When the requirements have been satisfied, issue the R command:

pak::pak("caravagnalab/ProCESS")
