chore(deps): update idna transient dependency to 3.18 [security]

Description

This is a minor update to fix the six vulnerabilities in the Security tab related to IDNA package.

IDNA is a transitive dependency not actively used in the repo so we remain unnaffected and this version bump matches the suggested >= 3.15

Given Dependabot will open 1 branch for each, might as well do all of them at once
