[WIP] Fix failing GitHub Actions job lint

[Copilot]

• Inspect the failing lint job and identify its exact flake8 diagnostic
• Remove the extra trailing blank line from tests/test_mcp.py
• Run the existing lint check and focused relevant tests
• Review the final diff, scan changed files for secrets, and run parallel validation
