Closes #404.

What changed

Boundless Builders hosts directories only. Builder, project, and organization
detail pages live in the main Boundless app, and this app links out to them. But
several places still promised a teams section and detail pages hosted
here. This PR removes every such promise from copy, stats, metadata, and docs.

Landing

  • Hero paragraph: dropped "teams" and the "This app showcases the work..."
sentence. Now: "Explore the projects and creators building across the Boundless
    ecosystem."
  • Stats strip: removed the Teams stat; the strip now shows Builders and
Projects only (components/landing/stats-strip.tsx), and the unused
PublicOrganizationListDto member was pruned from the CountedList union.

About

  • Hero: "developers, designers, and teams" -> "developers, designers, and
    makers".
  • What you'll find: removed the Teams card; the section now documents
    Builders and Projects.
  • /about metadata description no longer lists teams.

Metadata / SEO

  • siteConfig.description (used by landing + Open Graph) no longer lists teams.
  • app/layout.tsx: removed the teams keyword.
  • app/sitemap.ts: removed the "when builder and project detail pages ship"
TODO, since those pages are not built here.

Docs

  • ENDPOINTS.md: removed the /builders/[username], /projects,
/projects/[slug], /teams, and /teams/[slug] sections. The doc now lists
only the endpoints this app actually calls, adds a Main app pages we link
    to
    section (/profile/<username>, /projects/<slug>, /organizations/<slug>,
/projects), and documents who the /builders directory lists (username,
avatar, at least one skill, not staff, at least one piece of real work).
  • README.md: overview no longer claims the app showcases teams or hosts detail
    pages.

Conflicts resolved:
- stats-strip.tsx: keep the shared STATS/fetchTotal from landing-queries.ts.
Main (boundlessfi#433) dropped the Teams stat, so drop it from landing-queries.ts too
(and PublicOrganizationListDto from CountedList); otherwise the move would
have brought Teams back and prefetched /organizations on the server.
- featured-projects.tsx: keep the shared featured query, import
toProjectCard from its new home next to it (boundlessfi#432) and keep mainAppUrl for
  "Browse all projects".
- builders-view.tsx: keep the shared URL parsing from use-builders.ts and the
"How to get listed" hook-up from boundlessfi#428, in the file's current quote style.
