Added support for voltage and current sensor monitoring CLIs as mentioned in the feature HLD.
sonic-net/SONiC#1394
How I did it
The code has the following related PRs.
CLIs will work with the platform code which provides the sensor data.
How to verify it
Issue the following CLIs on the router.
show platform voltage
show platform current
Previous command output (if the output of a command-line utility has changed)
New command output (if the output of a command-line utility has changed)
