There is no Doku app and no mobile app in this workspace. Local Postgres stays on 127.0.0.1:54322.
Update local OAuth and passkey consoles from basilic.localhost to tracker.localhost. Production Vercel hostnames are unchanged.
CoinGecko, Binance fixtures (COINS_USE_FIXTURE), Alchemy, and WalletConnect are Coin Tracker settings. See apps/api/.env.defaults.example.
pnpm qaCI matches Basilic starter quality gates (no generator, Release Please, Doku, or mobile). Every PR: Lint (knip, types, OpenAPI), Security, conventional PR title. Path-filtered: API E2E, web E2E, package unit tests. DeepSec when AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY is set and the diff is within the file cap.
