- Preserve the user's original proxy settings before runtime changes and restore them during shutdown or uninstall.
- Preserve and restore certificate-revocation settings across the affected Windows registry locations.
- Remove the VelocityRL scheduled task, certificates, hosts entries, and network backup during uninstall.
- Move certificate-revocation changes from installer-time registry edits into reversible runtime setup.
