Consulting Projects Portfolio — Pro Bono | CSR | Strategy | GTM | Ops | Tech | Partnerships | RCA | Cost-Benefit Analysis | Volunteer Management | Fundraising | Consulting Frameworks

This repository is a portfolio of impact-driven consulting projects delivered for pro bono and socially conscious organizations (including CSR-aligned initiatives), in collaboration with student consultants 180 Degrees Consulting, Jamia Millia Islamia Chapter (180DC JMI) — part of the APAC network of 180 Degrees Consulting Global Network

The projects span market research, competitive intelligence, go-to-market strategy, customer journey design, operations enablement, partnerships planning, sustainability initiatives, and technology consulting, along with volunteer funnel design, volunteer management systems, and psychology-driven delivery frameworks used to improve execution quality across project cycles.


Leadership & Delivery Metrics — 180DC JMI (2022–2023)

I served as Vice President, 180 Degrees Consulting — Jamia Millia Islamia (180DC JMI) during the 2022–2023 session, demonstrating leadership across consulting delivery, partnerships, fundraising, learning systems, sustainability initiatives, and brand growth.

Chapter Scale & Execution Leadership

  • Led and scaled a high-performance chapter of 80+ active members, executing 2 recruitment cycles
  • Oversaw delivery across 7 core sub-departments: Research & Analysis, Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography & Video, Legal, HR, and Tech Consulting & Web Development

Consulting Delivery Outcomes

  • Directed 3 complete consulting cycles, delivering 9 client projects across India, Malaysia, Lebanon, and Indonesia
  • Achieved 100% on-time delivery
  • Delivered 9.7/10 client satisfaction and 9.8/10 consultant satisfaction
  • Formally recognized by the 180DC Global Leadership Team (GLT)

1. SEWAN Foods — Product + Ops + Tech Enablement (Primary + Secondary)

Project Focus

Designed a scalable operating model and product-tech blueprint for a multi-stakeholder food ecosystem involving base kitchens, community kitchens, vendors, and mobile canteens.

Key Deliverables

  • Customer + partner app workflows (ordering, demand registration, tracking)
  • GPS-enabled logistics tracking between base kitchen and delivery points
  • POS-enabled inventory + order management integration concept (Loyverse-like system)
  • Dashboard concept for order status + sales/revenue analytics
  • End-to-end operating model across procurement → dispatch → fulfilment
  • Tech enablement blueprint (REST APIs, cloud hosting, SQL/MongoDB database layer, CRM support)

Impact / Outcome Delivered

Produced an execution-ready product + operations blueprint enabling real-time demand capture, supply visibility, and scalable multi-location fulfilment for rapid rollout.


2. Accenture Strategy & Consulting — Creator Market Research (Turkey & Egypt)

Delivered structured market intelligence on the Turkish + Egyptian content creator ecosystem, supporting a global consulting stakeholder with insights on platform dynamics, creator monetization, and competitive opportunities.

Executed a two-phase consulting engagement for a deaf-run café + workshop mission, converting problem diagnosis into an actionable growth and execution roadmap.
