`mix hex.audit` now reports CVEs straight from hex.pm, and mix_audit's advisory database is a git checkout that drifts out of sync and fails spuriously.

mix hex.auditnow reports CVEs straight from hex.pm, somix deps.audit(mix_audit) is redundant. mix_audit keeps its advisory database as a git checkout, which drifts out of sync and fails spuriously.The audit job now runs
mix hex.auditonly.Satellites pin this workflow by SHA and are dropping the
mix_auditdep in the same sweep, so their pins need bumping past this commit once it merges — otherwise the olddeps.auditstep fails with the task missing.
