Commit 1: Added in category pooling for CE loss. Modified quantile loss term so it scales with the number of numerical observations (helps the gradient actually make sense)
Commit 2: Added ridge penalized logistic regression to rep based scorer. Use --ridge to use in place of LightGBM. Minor logging and loss scale normalization added to loss.py (2 lines)
