Fixed all 'ALPHA4_16X' to 'ALPHA4_17X'. Fixed padding issue when decoding 122 entry type. Added encoding for 122 entry type. Misc. fixes.

Updated all 'ALPHA4_16X' to 'ALPHA4_17X'.

The Sims™ Legacy Collectionfonts were used in 122 entry type decoding/encoding.
