Resolves 8 Mirador CONTAINER_REMEDIATION findings for hashserv ECS tasks.

Changes:

  • Add apt-get upgrade -y to pull Debian security patches into the image
  • Pin pip dependencies: asyncpg==0.31.0, sqlalchemy[asyncio]==2.1.1
  • Update rebuild trigger date

Deployment: After merge, requires manual image rebuild + ECS service redeployment via cdk deploy in hashserv-deploy/.

Replace SQLite-on-EFS hashserv with PostgreSQL (RDS) backend:
- bitbake-hashserv + asyncpg + sqlalchemy for concurrent-safe writes
- Health check HTTP server on port 8687 (event-driven, verifies hashserv)
- ECS container health check using the HTTP endpoint
- Cloud Map DNS discovery (hashserv-<release>.internal:8686)
- 2 Fargate tasks per release for availability
- Per-release database isolation on shared RDS instance

Validated:
- 50 concurrent clients, 0 errors, 225 ops/sec
- Real CI builds passing with zero hashserv timeouts
- P99 read latency: 105ms

Infrastructure (CDK):
- RDS PostgreSQL 16.14 (db.t4g.small)
- 4 ECS services x 2 tasks (master, scarthgap, whinlatter, wrynose)
- Cloud Map private DNS namespace
- Lambda custom resource for database creation (db-init-lambda/)

Deploy: AWS_PROFILE=elci npx cdk deploy --require-approval=never
- Add apt-get upgrade to pull Debian security patches
- Pin asyncpg==0.31.0 and sqlalchemy==2.1.1
- Update rebuild trigger to 2026-09-30

Resolves 8 Mirador CONTAINER_REMEDIATION findings (ECS/CVRE)
for all hashserv Fargate tasks (master, scarthgap, whinlatter, wrynose).
