Lock urllib3 2.8.0 for three new advisories - #24

pip-audit reports three advisories against urllib3 2.7.0 (HTTPS proxy TLS configuration and the streaming API), fixed in 2.8.0. Only urllib3 moves in the lock; the CI audit finds no known vulnerabilities besides the workflow's own ignores.

urllib3 2.7.0 is affected by CVE-2026-97687, CVE-2026-97688 and CVE-2026-97689 (HTTPS proxy TLS configuration and the streaming API). All three are fixed in urllib3 2.8.0.

uv lock --upgrade-package urllib3 --refresh-package urllib3. Only the urllib3 entry inuv.lockmoves (2.7.0 to 2.8.0, sdist and wheel hashes). No other package changes, and no derived requirements file exists in this repository.Audit
