ci: add test for architectural timers#280

Virtualising the architectural timer(s) is a tricky job. Especially on x86. So let check in the CI that Linux is happy with our virtualisation job. Since debugging timer code is tricky and we want to catch issues early before they become serious. Signed-off-by: Bill Nguyen <bill.nguyen@unsw.edu.au>
