Greptile Summary

Adds Bun 1.4 to the runtime registry.

  • Maps bun-1.4 to the Bun 1.4.0 Alpine base image and the corresponding Open Runtimes image.
  • Declares support for x86 and ARM64, consistent with existing Bun versions.

Confidence Score: 5/5

The PR appears safe to merge with no actionable defects identified.

The Bun 1.4 entry is self-contained, follows the established runtime registration contract, and is automatically included by the existing generic lookup and enumeration paths.
