Finalize central publication for next three sites

Finalizes central ownership for Presentation, Markmaton, and Docker for Apple Container after their Pages routes passed artifact and ordinary-route verification.

• Marks the three modules central, sets their publisher to appautomaton/appautomaton.github.io, and returns the registry to modular-production.
• Updates the README and routing guide to list ten centrally published modules and seven external project websites.
• Documents the Docker site version/date refresh path and adds a central test that keeps JSON-LD metadata, footer text, and sitemap lastmod synchronized.
• npm test, npm run lint, npm run build, and npm run check:baseline passed. The build produced ten isolated modules, eleven content pages, and 17 sitemap leaves.

The cutover evidence is in the private handoff report. The Docker package release workflow remains in its owning repository; updating its validated runtime version also requires a reviewed edit to the central site module.
