Stage three more sites for central publication

Adds staged central copies of Presentation, Markmaton, and Docker for Apple Container at their existing public paths. Their current project publishers remain active; this change does not alter project Pages settings or workflows.

• Imports 3, 6, and 9 live website files, respectively, under independent modules.
• Presentation and Markmaton content matches their verified successful source revisions. Docker for Apple Container uses the deployed stamped output (version 0.1.4, updated September 10) rather than the older committed fallback, while retaining .nojekyll only in source and excluding it from the subpath artifact.
• Records the successful source commit and deployed file hashes in the central baseline registry.
• Ordinary pre-cutover routes returned 200 for all saved website files, supplied the expected canonical and social URLs, listed the existing sitemap leaf, redirected slashless paths with 301, and returned 404 for unique missing paths.
• npm test, npm run lint, npm run build, and npm run check:baseline passed. The build produced ten registered modules, eleven content pages, and 17 sitemap leaves.

This PR stages content only. The old project publishers stay active until the deployed Pages artifact and ordinary-route checks confirm an exact handoff.
