Records completed central ownership for agent-designer, Automaton, and Document Skills after their Pages routes and publisher markers passed cutover verification.
central/appautomaton/appautomaton.github.io.modular-production; ten websites remain external.npm test,npm run lint,npm run build, andnpm run check:baselinepassed. The build produced seven isolated production modules, eight content pages, and 17 sitemap leaves.Cutover evidence is in
appautomaton/reports/2026-09-12-publisher-handoff/batch-01/cutover/. The build baseline check confirms all imported files still match their recorded hashes.
