chore(i18n): update Russian translations

SUMMARY

Updated some of the Russian translations.

• Filled in previously untranslated strings
• Reviewed and finalised fuzzy translations
• Re-flowed/reformatted existing .po entries

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Set the locale to Russian (BABEL_DEFAULT_LOCALE = "ru" or via the UI language switcher).
2. Navigate through the affected areas (annotations, dashboards, API keys, map layers, etc.) and confirm the Russian strings render correctly and remain within their UI containers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As the main menu wording has changed in the base localisation, some translations are missing. It's probably worth to extract new strings in a separate PR.

Looks like this needs a rebase ... sorry, the repo has been moving fast lately.

Thanks for chasing down the codeant flags on the plural/extra-%s strings. Two more of the same kind slipped through. The An error occurred while fetching semantic layers and An error occurred while refreshing the configuration schema strings still end in a stray : %s even though the msgid has no placeholder at all. Maybe copy-paste leftovers from the schema-values string above them? I'm not sure, but would you mind fixing those up too?
