Adam

Local-first tools for AI agents, identity, and symbolic computation. Perth, Australia.

Building now

  • intent-first: commit the why. A GitHub Action that requires each PR to carry one versioned intent (Want / Not / Done when) and runs its checks.
    • Intent Inbox: a human approves an intent, any agent or person claims it by PR, and the first claim whose checks pass is merged.
  • living-issues: coming soon.

Featured projects

Agents and developer tools

  • intent-first: intent files for every change, enforced in CI, with git why to trace any line back to its reason.
  • agent-session-recorder: a local-first flight recorder for AI coding agents. Claude Code, Codex CLI, and MCP sessions go on one redacted timeline.
  • repo2readme: turn any public GitHub repo into a README draft, with every command, link, and badge traced to the source or flagged for review. CLI + GitHub Action.

Identity and trust

  • atHome: a local-first trust and routing protocol for human-owned AI agents, with signed identities, scoped capability tokens, and verified requests.
  • handle: give an AI agent a permanent name, private VM, inbox, and profile in one command. (pre-alpha, spec-first)

Knowledge and provenance

  • sourcefold: a local-first CLI that folds heterogeneous sources onto one auditable sheet without destroying provenance.
  • graft protocol: a catalogue-not-merge protocol for LLM-compiled wikis. Every fork is a sovereign wiki, and the origin only catalogues. Now part of sourcefold.
  • r2s: research → rank → ship. A JSON Schema contract and Python CLI for ranked cards, handoffs, and outcomes (pip install r2s).

Languages and low-level

  • haxor: a minimal Python-inspired language with a static verifier, runtime contracts, and a REPL.
  • keydecode: a PS/2 scan-code decoder in C for keystroke forensics. Zero dependencies.

Writing

Focus

TypeScript · Python · C. I focus on local-first design, Ed25519 identity, MCP, CI-enforced contracts, and symbolic systems.
