## 变更内容 给主打仓补英文版 README（评委/国际访客动线）： 1. **新增 `README.en.md`**：完整英文版（非机翻摘要，全量对照翻译，含徽章、表格、代码块） 2. **README.md 首行下插入语言导航**：`[English](README.en.md) | 简体中文` 背景：S58 traffic 快照显示 dsh-logtimeline 的 `README.zh.md` 被单独打开 7 次（双语结构有真实使用）；本仓现为纯中文 README，补英文版对齐国际可达性。 - 仅文档变更，不触碰任何源码/CI 配置 - 英文版顶部同样带双向导航链接 ## 验证 - [x] diff 仅 2 个文件（README.md 导航行 + 新增 README.en.md） - [x] 中文版其余内容零改动（LF 换行风格保留）
