refactor: Update object_model's object hierarchy.

Context

rename/name/delete_child are methods specific to Named Objects but used to live in PyMenu which represents Singletons.

Change Summary

1. Removed name(), rename(), delete_child(), and _raise_method_not_yet_implemented_exception() from PyMenu (singletons).
2. Added a new PyNamedObject(PyMenu) class that holds those named-object-only methods.
3. Updated PyNamedObjectContainer item accessors (iter, _get_item, getitem, get) to return PyNamedObject.
4. Generated named-object item classes (_) now derive from PyNamedObject; singletons still derive from PyMenu.

Rationale

For better structured and hierarchical object_model structure.

Impact

A clear segregation of named objects from singletons as in settings (flobject).
