SUMMARY

Re-applies the Dependabot bump of @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin from 8.61.1 → 8.62.0 in superset-frontend/. Mirrors upstream apache/superset PR apache#41577.

The 8.62.0 release only removes redundant "files" entries from the plugin's package.json and adds "files" to rule-schema-to-typescript-types — no new lint rules or behavioral changes.

The two CI failures on the upstream PR (sharded-jest-tests (5) — SavedQueryList.test.tsx, sharded-jest-tests (7) — TablePreview.test.tsx) are not caused by this bump: the eslint plugin is a dev-time linter with no runtime impact, and both tests pass locally with the upgraded package installed.

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. cd superset-frontend && npm install
2. npx jest --testPathPatterns="TablePreview.test" --no-coverage → all 5 pass
3. npx jest --testPathPatterns="SavedQueryList.test" --no-coverage → all 9 pass
4. CI sharded-jest-tests should pass
