PandemicAI: Documentation

This document serves as an entry point to the main documentation files describing our tabletop research platform. In this submission we share the code that was used in the pilot experiment and documentation for that. Before releasing this codebase to the public we will further refactor the code and improve readability and completeness of the documentation.
