Allow verbatim_prompts through the session options path.

The manifest declares verbatim_prompts, but the frontend schema and form do not expose it. More importantly, components/backend/handlers/sessions.go silently drops every option not in allowedSdkOptionKeys. Because verbatim_prompts is absent from that map, a request containing sdkOptions.verbatim_prompts never reaches SDK_OPTIONS or ClaudeAgentOptions, although the runner would otherwise forward it.
