Add User Guide documenting the `rock image mirror` command for mirroring custom Docker images to the ROCK ACR (rock-instances). Covers registry regions (Singapore + Shanghai), command reference, usage examples for local/remote modes, and direct-to-Shanghai mirroring via `--cluster vpc-nt-a`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Simplify examples to reflect that --target-registry, --target-username, and --target-password are built into rockcli by default. Users only need to provide -f in the simplest case. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
