需要把用户自定义的镜像仓库鉴权信息发送给k8s链路。
（1）加密生成auth信息，在模版里面配置annotation来交给下游处理。
（2）处于工程权衡，暂不引入k8s secret CR。后续可补充k8s启动pod 的标准做法 imageSecret方式。
