This commit changes the replica access table update process in the DataObjOpen API in order to avoid an unnecessary query for the replica being accessed. In all cases where the replica access table is being updated in DataObjOpen, the replica information is already available because the replica information was already acquired through a query or was just registered in the catalog and its information was returned to the DataObjOpen API for further use.
