Preserve dinakarjs's open trace-tests PR #137 in the canonical conformance directory after repository consolidation. Source head:
4614f4491ab0152403778fe7d600ad2c6ea42567.Thirty of the 31 added files retain their original source blobs, with only the
conformance/path prefix added. The README writes its single en-dash range as "to" to satisfy destination house style; vectors, Python harness/generator and JavaScript cross-check retain their exact bytes. This retains the original contribution and review reference; the original PR remains open. It does not claim the outstanding independent verifier review is complete.The 27 inclusion vectors contain nine positives and 18 negatives. Local Node cross-check: 27 outcomes, nine canonical preimages and nine batch roots passed (exit 0). All source blobs were independently recomputed before porting; the final published tree retains 30 original blobs and the one documented README style edit. Python validation has not been run locally; upstream conformance/package CI must pass on this port.
Draft preserves the original PR's review state. Maintainer/verifier review is required before marking it ready; do not archive trace-tests before its open work, publisher and documentation cutovers are resolved.
