Releases agentrust-trace-adapters 0.2.0 with #223: PolicyEvidence accepts declared and no longer defaults enforcement_mode to enforce. A 0.1.1 call that omitted the mode now raises, so this is 0.2.0 rather than 0.1.2. Every caller in this repository already passes a mode.

Checked against the built wheel: twine check passes for wheel and sdist; the publish job's smoke steps pass (smoke lock plus --no-deps wheel, signed OpenShell proof, trace-tests verify --level 0, test_demo.py); and 234 tests pass across the package, otel-genai, langchain, llamaindex and docker-sandbox-kit.

After publish, docker-sandbox-kit (#249) drops its stand-in policy object for PolicyEvidence.

PolicyEvidence gains the declared mode and loses its enforce default (#223),
so a 0.1.1 call that omitted enforcement_mode now raises. That breaks the
constructor's API, hence 0.2.0 rather than 0.1.2.

Bumps pyproject and __version__, corrects the dependency comment that still
described declared as a default, and dates the change in the README.
