The mistral extra accepts mistralai>=1.0,<4 since #76. uv lock --upgrade-package mistralai moves the lockfile from 2.4.9 to 3.1.0 (with its httpx2 and httpcore2 dependencies), so CI tests the major that a pip install of admina-framework[mistral] resolves. The adapter's import fallback (mistralai.client.Mistral), chat.complete(), choices[].message and usage.total_tokens were checked against 3.1.0.

Patch release. The code of the framework is unchanged from 0.13.1; the
[0.13.2]section ofCHANGELOG.mdlists the changes.admina, an alias ofadmina-framework(Publish the admina alias package #82). This tag is its first upload; it also sets the project's display name toadmina.mistralextra accepts mistralai 3.x (chore(deps)(deps-dev): update mistralai requirement from <3,>=1.0 to >=1.0,<4 #76); the lockfile moves to mistralai 3.1.0 (uv lock --upgrade-package mistralai).
