FunGenerate & point editing

• Boundary points kept : FunGenerate no longer deletes the points around the segment; it fills between them.
• "Generate to next point" works on-point : no longer refuses when the playhead sits on a point.

Chapters & Doctor

• Mosaic/JAV footage : confidence adapts automatically, no manual threshold drop.
• New Doctor checks : shallow penetration strokes.
• Still-scene hold now defaults to Off : no more blanked quiet windows out of the box, still adjustable.

• Chapter Name column editable
• Shortcuts window grabs the filter field on open
• Queue: scrollbar no longer covers the format chip, done rows click-to-open.
