GitHub automatically applies the templates in this repo to every other repo under accelerate-muj/ that does not ship its own copy.

Editing the community files

Changes to any of these files require a PR against main, at least one approving review, and passing status checks. The CONSTITUTION.md and governance/CONSTITUTION_v1.pdf should not be edited outside a formal amendment process under Article XIX of the Constitution.
