A RESUME PARSER is a web application is created to simplify the process of Online Recruitment System (ORS). Recruiters can easily find the eligible candidates. Candidates can easily find the jobs based on their skillset. It uses Python’s Flask web application framework and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to parse the resumes. Resumes are stored into sqlite database in JSON format. Resume parser will go through all the resumes stored in JSON format and suggest only the eligible candidates based on the job description given by the recruiters.
