This is an Android app that helps to reduce anxiety by visualizing your breathing.
- Clone the repo
git@github.com:budgieParrot/Breath.git - Download and install Android Studio
- Make sure you have installed:
- Android SDK
- Android Support Library
- Open Android Studio and select Open
- Navigate to the Breath directory and select it
- Run the app configuration by pressing on Run button at the top
Deep breathing is a well known relaxation technique but at the time of a panic or general anxiety it can be difficult to concentrate on your body and breathing patterns. That times this application could be helpful to pay all of your attention to your body through the mobile device screen.
- Open the app and tap anywhere outside the breathing circle to make settings button visible
- Click on setting button
- Feel free to choose the nice breathing circle color
- Experiment with inhale/exhale and hold durations in seconds to select the most comfortable for you
- Just breath
