Replaces the LICENSE file, which was the unfilled Apache-2.0 template (the appendix still read "Copyright [yyyy] [name of copyright owner]" and no holder was named anywhere), with the MIT licence, copyright Aalto University 2026. This matches tree-sitter-stlcpp, vscode-stlcpp and stlcpp-zed.

Also declares license = "MIT" in Cargo.toml and adds a License section to the README.

Notes for the record:

  • Authors are Niklas Halonen (29 commits) and Luukas Pörtfors (19), both TAs at the time, so the rights sit with Aalto under the Copyright Act's employee-software rule; worth a heads-up to both.
  • Copies already obtained under Apache-2.0 stay usable under Apache-2.0; the change applies from this commit on.
  • GitHub's licence detection updates after merge.

Replace the unfilled Apache-2.0 template (it still carried the
"[yyyy] [name of copyright owner]" placeholder and named no holder)
with the MIT licence, copyright Aalto University 2026, matching the
other STLC++ repositories. Declare the licence in Cargo.toml and the
README.
