This PR is not intended for merging, it's just a convenient way to present a diff view.
I made these changes to the MarlinFirmware/Marlin config after finding that BIGTREETECH/BIQU's fork of Marlin at https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-SKR-V1.3 failed to stop Z homing and would crash into the nozzle every time, even though M119 reported endstops working as expected (correct polarity, triggered when held down or a screwdriver held up to the inductive probe). Where the BTT fork was failing, this one succeeds, pointing to something not working right on BTT's side. Use Marlin's own repo rather than BTT if you run into this problem.
