Add the locale-generic translation framework for the ZecHub wiki: - translation/protected-terms.json — canonical protected-term manifest (preserveVerbatim + glossaryOnly). Locale-agnostic; no hardcoded source list. - scripts/check-protected-terms.mjs — walks the translations/ tree for any locale, validates each translated page's protected terms against its English source under site/, and passes cleanly when zero translations exist. - scripts/gen-translation-status.mjs — regenerates translations/TRANSLATION_STATUS.md coverage tracker from the filesystem. - docs/translation-contributor-workflow.md — contributor + new-language guide. - .github/workflows/translation-validation.yml — runs the protected-terms check on pushes/PRs that touch translations, sources, or the manifest. Remove standalone words ZecHub#537 marks as translatable in prose (Shielded, Transparent, Memo); add ZecHub#537 protected names (Free2Z, Zcash.Me, Electric Coin Company, Zcash Foundation, ZCG, ZIP, ZCAP, NU5, NU6, zebrad, zcashd, lightwalletd, Zaino, t-address). Curated Spanish (
es) translation of the wiki content, mirroring the Englishsite/tree undertranslations/es/site/. Companion to the frontend registration PR inZecHub/zechub-wiki.Untranslated pages fall back to English automatically (see i18n architecture guide), so this is safe to merge and grow incrementally.
Status: 🚧 draft — translation in progress. Target = the 180-page curated set (same scope as the Italian
translations/it). All drafts are AI-assisted and need native-speaker review before merge.Protected brand/protocol terms are kept verbatim per
