Summary

Linux and Windows ARM64 CI check out Flutter's stable branch without release tags. Flutter then reports 0.0.0-unknown, causing flutter pub get to reject dependencies with a minimum Flutter version. Fetch release tags in the shared ARM64 setup:

 repository: flutter/flutter
 ref: stable
+fetch-tags: true

Update the existing dependency constraints and lockfile: sqlite3 3.7.1, image 4.12.0, lucide_icons_flutter 3.1.25, flutter_local_notifications 23.0.0-dev.4, and ten transitive dependencies.

Evidence

  • Before: Build #59, Linux ARM64 failed during dependency resolution with Flutter 0.0.0-unknown. Reproduced in Ubuntu 24.04.5 ARM64 with CI=true and GITHUB_ACTIONS=true.
After: Fetching tags with the equivalent checkout settings restored Flutter 3.47.7 and flutter pub get exited successfully, keeping the same Flutter revision and Dart version.
  • flutter pub get --enforce-lockfile passed in Ubuntu 24.04 ARM64 with the dependency updates included in this PR.
  • Composite Action YAML parsing and git diff --check passed. Full native packaging was not rerun.

Merge Danger

Door: Two-way. Reverting the commit restores the previous setup and dependency versions; no data migration is involved.

Blast Radius: Application. The setup change affects Linux and Windows ARM64 CI; shared dependency updates apply across supported App platforms.
