…uild side not taken) Upstream moved its MSIX mode from VCore to Vole, rebuilt its build and release pipeline (Komac/winget, a shared Flutter setup action), padded the Windows icon, pointed links at its Telegram and added a Sponsors button. Taken: the Vole bindings and Windows native API code in lib (MSIX mode only; the EXE build ships no Vole), the ffigen headers, the pubspec MSIX metadata, docs. Not taken: build_scripts, workflows and the shared setup action, windows/app.cmake and the Inno Setup script stay the fork's (they keep the wintun hash check and provenance receipts, which upstream's scripts dropped), FUNDING.yml, upstream's release test, the community link, and upstream's issue, source and update URLs. ROADMAP.md: the owner's decisions of 18.10.2026. Remnawave (upstream YuanDevTeam#220) is not ported until the fork has its own resilient routing and a kill switch, and nothing after YuanDevTeam#218 is merged before that; vk-turn-proxy is shelved. The upstream section now records what was merged, which traps are closed and which wait with YuanDevTeam#220. beta.6 is out; the checks left for the owner name tray_manager 0.8, the WFP DNS block with minewire, LAN sharing and Fragment. CLAUDE.md: CoreProcessMonitor and where the fork hooks in, the WFP DNS block, Fragment skipping loopback entries, the LAN proxy account, JSON subscriptions (testXray, not libXray's projection, which drops mux), the tray on TrayPlatform, the staged merge in a detached worktree and the YuanDevTeam#220 hold.
