Fix repeated package runs with different output names (YoYoGames#243)
Fix gm-options parse error message
Add --plain-output flag for YoYoGames#177 Fixes YoYoGames#177. Adds a global --plain-output flag that switches the CLI to the existing plain task logger. NO_COLOR remains fully supported and continues to select plain output independently. The flag is handled before Stricli parses the command arguments, so it works globally across commands while remaining compatible with the current @stricli/core 1.2.6 version.

I'll unfortunately reject this PR, bypassing stricli's CLI argument parsing is not how we want to achieve this. We will probably deal with #177 as part of a larger task, overhauling the logging in general.
