Adds an
envinput toci-nestjs.yml: non-secretKEY=valuelines exported to the build, test, e2e and contract jobs. The service URLs are written after it, soDATABASE_URLandREDIS_URLalways come from the services. Preflight rejects malformed lines and names the workflow sets itself. The contract job now starts the same database and Redis services as the test job and runs
migrate-scriptfirst, so a contract check that boots the application can run. Callers without a database are unchanged.envand fails if it does not reach test, e2e and contract; script tests cover malformed lines, reserved names and values containing=.docs/ci-v1.mdupdated.Additive, released as
v1.2.0.
