💡 What: Added role="status" to the dynamically generated informational cards for manual URL scans and manual file uploads.
🎯 Why: These cards are injected into the DOM after an asynchronous operation (e.g., retrieving from IndexedDB). Without a live region role, screen readers do not automatically announce their presence, leaving visually impaired users unaware that an operation has completed with a manual action required.
📸 Before/After: Visuals remain unchanged. Assistive technology now reads the informational card automatically upon generation.
♿ Accessibility: Ensures that dynamically injected informational content is proactively announced by screen readers, improving the accessibility of the extension's empty/informational states.

Added `role="status"` to dynamically generated informational cards for manual URL scans and manual file uploads to ensure screen readers announce them post-load.
