The Fulfillment Option entity was incorrectly included in the Checkout capability documentation. It is a child entity of fulfillment_group and belongs exclusively in the Fulfillment Extension documentation where it is already properly documented. Fixes Universal-Commerce-Protocol#101

Remove the spurious
Fulfillment Optionentity section from the Checkout capability documentation. This entity is a child offulfillment_groupand belongs exclusively in the Fulfillment Extension documentation, where it is already properly documented.As reported in #101, the
