Prepare DependencyControl 0.9.1 so installations on 0.9.0 can receive the unmanaged-module version fix from #45.
Bump the source and development feed to 0.9.1, mark the build unreleased, move the fix's changelog entry to 0.9.1, and refresh the module source hash.
Validation: the changed MoonScript file compiles, all 95 module file hashes match the sources, JSON and changelog checks pass, and
git diff --checkpasses. The full suite runs in CI; the local LuaJIT lacks Lua 5.2 compatibility.
