The case is designed to be tool-less, vertical, and simple to print and assemble.
- Uses 5 printed parts
- No tools are required for normal assembly
- Vertical layout keeps the system compact and helps with airflow
- Almost any rigid 3D-printing filament should work
- ABS or ASA are good choices for heat resistance, but PETG, PLA+, and similar rigid materials should also be suitable depending on operating temperatures
The design is intended to make the BC-250 easy to build, service, and reassemble without requiring specialized hardware or a complicated enclosure.

Typical MiniPC build:
- BC-250 board
- Flex ATX or other suitable PSU
- 24-pin ATX PSU starter / power switch
- M.2 SSD
- High-airflow case fans
- Suitable heatsink / cooling solution
- Thermal paste / thermal interface material
- 3D-printed enclosure or mounting hardware
- Optional SPI programmer and SOIC clip for BIOS recovery
An SPI programmer is no longer required for normal setup, but it is strongly recommended to have one available before experimenting with firmware.
Keep backups, verify every firmware image, and prefer reversible software changes before permanent firmware modifications.
